We empower birth doulas, massage therapists, women, and mothers by deepening our understanding of birth as both a physical and spiritual experience we as women were designed and chosen to be apart of.

Through education, hands on practice, community, and shared experiences, we learn to see birth and motherhood from a deeper perspective. We draw from biblical teachings, traditions passed down through generations, and the experiences we’ve gained along the way to share what we’ve seen work well and what can help women feel more informed, supported, and connected.

Every education course, labor support training, and body movement experience is designed to impact you beyond the physical. If you’re open to it, these experiences can invite you into a deeper understanding of birth, your body, motherhood, and even our experiences here on earth.

This is more than learning a skill. It’s about cultivating confidence, compassion, connection, and a greater understanding of the women we serve and the communities we come from.

Join our upcoming 3 hour crash course on pregnancy and birth. Walk away with a deeper understanding of the physical, mental & spiritual experience pregnancy and birth is. This course was designed to enlighten and free the mind of women TTC who have experienced stress and overwhelm but also to liberate the pregnant woman knowing this goes way deeper than growing and housing a baby in your womb.
